Proving that change doesn’t have to be a bad thing,
Menopause the Musical celebrates the “change of life” with song, dance and a lot of laughter. The play, presented by TOC Productions, is packed with ’60s and ’70s songs given fresh lyrics that poke fun at hot flashes, mood swings and other symptoms women in their 40s and 50s will find familiar——and perhaps funnier after seeing this. Show proceeds, in part, benefit the Entertainment to Empowerment Foundation, which supports women’s service organizations and raises consciousness about ovarian cancer.
