Artwork Submission Instructions

DIGITAL MEDIA

Include Quark document, all support files, printer and screen fonts and a high resolution PDF file. Submit on Macintosh compatible CD or Zip disc. E-mail ads (smaller than 10MB) to: trinat@sandiegomag.com or upload to our FTP site through Fetch or Internet Explorer. Dropstuff or Zip all files before uploading or emailing.

FILE FORMATS

Files must be native Macintosh. QuarkXPress 6.5 or lower; Illustrator CS2 or lower; or Photoshop CS2 or lower.

RESOLUTION

ALL images and logos must have a resolution of 300 dpi at 100% print size.

COLOR

ALL colors must be CMYK. Total ink density should not exceed 300%. Additional Pantone colors can be purchased at additional costs.

PROOFS

A high quality color match print must accompany all print-ready digital files.
